Artist
After a successful career in the communications industry, Jean-Pierre Breels (°1959) is down to his last trick.
He has been an art aficionado all his life, with a particular fondness for POP-ART.
As a master in fine arts and graphic design, he only started painting after he turned 60.
His works could be described as “geometric pop-art”.
He alternates between working in Spain, his second home, and from his own art gallery in Maastrichterstraat, Hasselt.

Jean-Pierre Breels wants to exhibit the work of like-minded people in his art gallery – in addition to his own work.
This art gallery provides a source of inspiration for an extra boost of “positivity” under the motto “Colour your life”.
